Born in 1976 in Uzhgorod, Western Ukraine. My childhood was spent in the picturesque mountains of the Carpathians. From an early age, I was passionate about drawing and studied at art schools in our city. To become a painter was my dream.
Life has made its own corrections, and in 1998 I graduated at Uzhgorod state University, became a certified chemical engineer with a degree in ecology. At that time, the whole industry of the former Soviet Union was in decline, and most businesses were closing. I managed to find a job in the Department of social protection of the population in Uzhgorod.
At the end of 2000, I came to Germany as an au-pair, then got married here. After studying at the University of Applied Sciences Ravensburg-Weingarten (2004-2008), I received a diploma in computer science in the field of information networks. Soon my first son was born, and three years later my second.
When I was at home with my children, I had more time to read, and Max Lucado's book "Living in Your Sweet Spot" impressed me strongly and helped me start drawing again. It was about the fact that God gives each person something special - a gift. And people miss something in life when they don't make use of these gifts.
I started learning the art of painting and practiced under the guidance of Alexander Sakharov and Andrey Kulagin, through master classes on the Internet and books. In 2014 I started painting my first oil paintings.
Often is my breath taken away from the beauty of creation and when I manage to display at least a part of these colors and forms that surround us — it fills me with satisfaction and joy. I wish that other people can also touch and experience these happy moments through my pictures.
